Multi-level Notes
This is an example of our typesetting work on multi-level notes, specifically An Ancient Commentary on the Book of Revelation, by P. Tzamalikos.
With many scholarly titles there is a requirement to include more than one bank of notes. This is not difficult to achieve, but when text changes are applied, it is extremely important that citations and their notes still appear on the same page together.
