About RCL

RefineCatch Ltd (RCL) originated via a buy-out from one of the country’s leading printers in 1991, and many of the original employees are still with the company today. Based in Bungay, Suffolk, RCL has all of the traditional values and base skills expected from a long-standing typesetting background, while it is forward-looking in the use of technology and the many allied products required in publishing today. This blend emanates from the range of skills and competencies inherent in its thirty-five employees to the extent that RCL has continuously developed its own typesetting system, although we are not necessarily dependent on this alone. We regularly produce titles in Quark, InDesign, Pagemaker or LaTeX, and if 3B2 is required this can be produced by an associated company with all the quality control, proofing and despatch still carried out in Bungay. Wherever and however a title is produced, for security purposes all archiving and daily back-up is held both at Bungay and offsite.
